another of muh new fav songs! “I’m yours” by Jason Mraz. and, as usual, heard it from yunus and dzhuri. lol. yea well i dont listen to radio so .. all my songs i get from hearing somewhere ard / from other ppl :) and this song, is .. well.. g-reat! :D love it! love it! love it! very catchy tune. just like “Stop and Stare”. and it makes me happy! happy tunes! :) make me happy! waha. muaha.

1st Annual ASEAN Education Forum 2008

yes the event was finally held yesterday and now it’s over. :) and now, my work starts. boos. i’d hoped to get the draft of the statement of accounts done by tues. but aft resting a whole day today (just reading), i do not think that it’s possible. cos ill be busy all day tomorrow. :( *crys*

here’s a quick update! :)

urm actually, basically, i only caught like, 5mins of the entire program which was held from ard 9a.m. (actual program starts at 9 tho registration started at 7.30a.m.) to 4.30p.m. so yea i’m real sad abt it cos i wasn’t able to catch the panel discussion (which i’d looked forward to) and i only caught like 5 mins of yunus and dzhuri :S (which was the entire length of time tt i actually caught the program) and basically, most of the other time, i was outside in the external area. in the morning it was fine, i was just looking at the catering stuff, sweating like hell in the heat (it is really like a microwave oven) esp in the stupid blazer.

and in the aft, all i was doing was basically moving stuff. and talking about this, I AM SO FREAKIN’ PISSED OK. urgh. just the thought of it seriously pisses me off. it is not my freaking fault that you refused to listen to me yea. and not that i did not inform you of it yea. URGH.

so anyways, that aside, i asked a few participants and they’ve all got good reviews of the event! yays. :) i do not in any sense think that i actually helped to make this forum the way it is and i do think that most of the credits HAVE got to go to nisha, tera, sze jia, janna, and the rest of the com (terence, qomariah, aini, and arita) yea i do not think that i actually helped at all  (other than helping to pack the 450 goodie bags and carrying them and moving all the stuff) urm yea i guess my biggest help was being the “mover”. tts actually very pathetic and very sad. :(

but im glad everything turned out well. i am excited that we actually pleased the crowd! and only ard 5% of the ppl left halfway! tt is such an achievement. great work u ppl :) and of course with the help of all the sponsors, all the ppl tt helped out esp melvin, faeez, james, zubaidah, aisyah, +++ hehx of cos i have to specially thanks all those named cos they helped carry so many stuffs :) n there r too many helpers to be named! :)

but yea. it was tiring :) nie’s not big a place, but .. it’s not small either hahaha. ive got abrasions from all the moving and ridiculous cuts everywhere from i-have-no-idea-where/what and my arm and thigh muscles ache lol. i am just too weak la. must train! must train!

all in all, i know this will be a great memory and i know i will miss working with the people on the committee. every one of them :)

which reminds me that this is not yet over for me :( *sads* hai.

one last word to the organising committee of the 1st Annual ASEAN Education Forum 2008: great job you guys! :) now the next com will have some stress keeping up! muahahas. :)
